I identify as a person with socialist beliefs. I've always identified as radically left. I have not yet gathered enough information on anarchism as a whole, but I'm still learning. I'll most likely read anything you recommend.
I live in Texas.
And I'd like to learn more about anarchism.

My name is ember. I'm a twenty-five year old anarcho-communist from Houston, TX, but I will soon be travelling with my two dogs and a fortune-telling companion through Utah, Colorado, Nebraska and Iowa, amongst other yet-to-be-determined locations, visiting intentional communities and doing farm work in exchange for greedy papers. I am hoping this forum will function as an extension of the Ancap vs Ancom debate group on fakebook because I have found it difficult to keep up with the threads there which I've posted in and want to read, being as new ones, most of which are restatements of the same tired arguments, are constantly being created and bumped to the top of the page.

im an anarchist from tejas(quite a few here so far) if i had to say i was either an ancom or ancap id say ancom, but i wouldnt like it, i guess id call myself a little a anarchist. right now im a wage slave, but my plans for the near future are to travel around turtle island and check out and do stuff that would widen my horizons and learn some stuff.

Hello, My name is David. I'm a fifth-teen year old Anarchist(-Communist) from Mason, WA. I still live with my parents, so its not me paying the bills and the food. I do however create computer programs, to earn a bit of money {Insert ancap saying I'm benefiting off capitalism here}. I would say that I'm here to learn more about Anarchism or just debate.

My name is Eric, 18 year old from the UK originally, I currently live and work in Florence, Italy and have for the past 9 years. I work a job as a barista at a cafe as well as doing a lot of charity work/manual work for my local church, overall I'm mostly self-sufficient but I live in an apartment my family doesn't use. I am a sympathiser with most of the Radical Left, my personal ideology is a form of Workerism (only really existing term I can use to define it) advocating a Syndicalist economy run through a collectivised state-apparatus operating on direct (one person, one vote) democracy. I'm here by extension of the FB group and hope there will be productive discussion :3

I'm Spiritual Pony, 25 years old from Israel, although planning to move to Finland within a year (I have Finnish citizenship). I support the Venus Project ( thevenusproject.com) and identify as a libertarian socialist and anarcho-communist. I hate capitalism, and have encountered some of its darker sides. I work with foreigners from Thailand who have chosen to sacrifice 5 years of their lives so that their families may be better off in the future. I work on a dairy farm, and have had several cow friends of mine be sent out to be slaughtered, because they were no longer profitable. I can further explain the process of why and how a cow becomes "unprofitable", even if she's physically healthy and in good shape, if anyone is interested. |

my name is peter, i'm currently 28 years old and i live in australia. i would classify myself as being about half mutualist and half ancap. i like philosophical discussions particularly regarding morality. i admire honesty and consistency in reasoning. i work as a software engineer and i also write open source code. i think the state made a major blunder when they invented the internet and made it publicly available. i think it will lead to state's undoing.
